On Thursday, February 23, Charleston Magazine Club gathered to experience the bold flavors of Mexico and El Paso, Texas at South Carolina-based pitmaster John Lewis’s Rancho Lewis on upper King Street in downtown Charleston. A collaboration with Charleston Cocktail Week, members got a first look at the festival and enjoyed the “Clearly Piña” signature cocktail. Authentic Tex-Mex offerings such as Steak Rancho Fajitas and refreshing shrimp cocktail alongside savory sides were enjoyed throughout the evening.
