On August 12, in partnership with Barrier Island Eco Tours, Charleston Magazine Club members enjoyed a private charter up the Intracoastal Waterway to pristine Capers Island Preserve, where they explored the wild shoreline and astounding beauty of the "boneyard beach". The excursion ended with a traditional Lowcountry boil prepared and served beachside with regional libations from The Hemingway.
