Exclusive Club Only After Hours Tour at the Halsey

Wednesday, November 1, 2017 - 5:30pm

Join other members of the Charleston Magazine Club at a private tour of the SEA CHANGE exhibit at The Halsey Institute of Contemporary Art. SEA CHANGE is a series of exhibitions and programs presented to raise awareness of our enormous plastic waste problem and the detrimental effects on our planet. At this special tour, the curator will lead Club members on an informative walk through the two exhibits: Aurora Robson: The Tide is High and Chris Jordan: Midway. Aurora Robson is creating a large site-specific installation using plastic debris welded into new forms. A reception sponsored by Mellow Mushroom will precede and follow the private tour.
When: November 1 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Where: Halsey Institute located at 161 Calhoun Street, on the College of Charleston’s campus
